Here at Mindful Beginnings, our course packages include everything you need to prepare for birth and beyond.
There are 2 parts to our packages: the course and the online hub.

THE COURSE
A full antenatal and postnatal course which includes science-based hypnobirthing and mindfulness tools. This is what we cover:
Part 1 - The science behind the mind body connection and the hormones and muscles of birth. What you can control vs what you can't control and how to overcome feelings of anxiety.
Part 2 - Learn how to stay calm and in control for all births using mindfulness and hypnobirthing tools and techniques. Birth place options and optimising your birth space.
Part 3 - The stages of labour, induction, assisted birth and caesarean abdominal birth
Part 4 - Navigating unexpected turns, making informed decisions about your birth, and writing birth preferences
Part 5 - Postnatal preparation session
THE ONLINE HUB
The Hub includes immediate access to...
During pregnancy:

Weekly pregnancy yoga (Virtual, live & recorded)

Monthly relaxation sessions (Virtual, live)

Ask the Midwife online group

Online moderated community to meet others on a similar path

WhatsApp support with your teacher right up until baby is born
During postnatal recovery:

1 hour postnatal doula session (on Zoom) to debrief your birth, however it happened, if you would like to, and ask any questions about recovery and baby care

Expert-led educational videos on baby care including breast and bottle feeding and newborn sleep

Weekly parent & baby yoga (Virtual, live & recorded)

Online moderated community to meet others on a similar path
